A: A. To Europe, Europe is our biggest market, and US, Southeast Asia, south Africa…      Our products have a good reputation and our footprint is all over the world.

Q: What is the delivery time if we place an order?

A: A. It depends on the quantity ordered, normally for small order within 20-25 working days,     but if for more quantity ordered, it will be informed when your order placed.

Q: Any warranty you offer on the products?

A: Yes, we can offer a one-year warranty.

Q: May i have my way to pack with the production?

A: Yes it is not a problem. Just let us know how the way you want to, and material of the packing box and carton. But here cost will over a bit than in a normal packaging way.

Q: Can i have my favorite color housing instead of your standard colors? So if any

A: Yes we have any color and you can choose any one you like, without any extra cost but with MOQ 3K.

Q: If we want to make our customized logo on the product, you can do that?

A: Yes we can do this. There are three methods that you can choose, laser printing, silkscreen and color printing.

Q: Can i have some sample to testing good quality?

A: Yes of course you can, any of the product for you to test and to seek the market.

A: We have a 20-persons strong experienced R & D engineering team for back up, and a ten-production line working together in our factory that subject to SMT part, DIP part, soldering part, assembly part, packaging part. And we have our dust-free plant. All in every stage in order to meet with time line and high quality.
